Finished plotting in 3329.31 seconds ( 55.5 minutes )… With MM I spent 28 minutes with the same config.

You can try GPU plotting with bladebit if you can affford to buy a rtx 3650 or a similar one with minimum 8 GB vram. Plotting time is about 10 minutes and direct file copy is 3-4 minutes. Bladebit does all the job. You only need a 500 GB m2 ssd for temp dir -t.
