You probably don’t want to hear this - but once you paid with an irreversible/difficult to trace payment method you may have made it too easy for the OP to scam you, even if they had originally intended to be honest
Yup, I worked that out after the fact. Won’t make the same mistake again. Who’s have thought leaving a bucket of cash under a bridge wouldn’t work out?

I’m sure many already know, but for anyone who doesn’t who happens to read this.
If paying with crypto there’s alot of escrow services available, probably worth paying their fee to secure your investment works out.
