About the feasibility of using chia NFT to authorize games

Help, about using chia NFT to authorize game development rights

Hello everyone, I’m an independent game developer from China. I hope to use chia NFTs to authorize the limited rights to

third-party developers to create and sell games based on my work. However, when I shared this idea on the VGS forum

(a homebrew game community), most players didn’t approve of my approach. They believe that chia NFT licenses don’t have

any legal support, and that I may damage the reputation of the game because malicious buyers could purchase the NFTs and

intentionally smear the game by adding offensive, disgusting, and destructive content. So what should I do, and how should

the license be written to constrain them?

I believe Chia can achieve this because compared to Eth, Chia can enable direct transactions between parties without the need for intermediaries.

I added a clause to the contract:

3.1 It is prohibited to use the Star Keeper in connection with malicious, harmful, offensive or

obscene images, videos, or other materials or forms of media, including any that depict

hatred, intolerance, violence, cruelty, or anything else that could reasonably be found to

constitute hate speech or otherwise violate applicable laws or regulations or infringe upon the

rights of others;

However, someone replied saying, "It’s ambiguous, you’d want to add specifically “pornographic imagery”. I could argue that none of the terms used apply to pornographic imagery.”

There is also another paragraph that I copied from the Chia NFT License and modified, which they believe makes the License unenforceable.
