I am trying to figure out a way to automate accepting offers through the light chia wallet based on certain conditions. Is there a way this has been done in the past?
From what I heard on the AMA, I would wait for 1.3. It should be released in the next few weeks. Lots of good stuff within it.

I have been downloading the beta versions every day on a standby by node to see what if anything ha changed.

Go check out the code behind OfferPool at offerpool/offerpool: Distributed database of chia offers with a simple API and basic Web UI (github.com) - lots of great stuff in there about interacting with wallet over RPC to do stuff with offers! I’m studying it myself for events on https://catmos.io
