Does anyone know how to fix this, downloading blockchain for the first time and it stopped syncing and not sure what to do or look for

Had a similar problem…
it was just to adjust the clock from my pc, it delayed 15mn. …? (don’t know why?)
and everything run fine again…
so how should I fix this? Move my clock backwards 15 minutes?
