Cant access my xch through nucle.io

I transferred my xch to the nucle.io wallet app a few years back. When i came back recently to check my wallet, it shows as 0 and it turns out that nucle.io might not be operational anymore. I can still see that my xch are available on the blockchain but i do not know how to get access to them. May you let me know where i should go to get support?

You can get it by using your seed phrase for that wallet.

It seems you’re having trouble accessing your XCH after transferring it to the nucle.io wallet, especially if that wallet may no longer be working. Since you can still see your funds on the blockchain, there’s still a chance to recover them. Here are a few steps you can try:

  1. Check the Blockchain: Use a blockchain explorer to confirm that your XCH is still associated with your wallet address.

  2. Get a New Wallet: If you have the private keys or recovery phrase for your nucle.io wallet, you should be able to restore them in a different Chia-compatible wallet, such as the Chia Blockchain Wallet or Flax Wallet.

  3. Ask the Community: The Chia community can be a great resource if you’re stuck. You can post on the Chia Network subreddit or check out the Chia Forum to see if anyone else has had a similar issue or can offer advice.

  4. Contact Support: If it is still operational or has any form of support available, it might be worth reaching out to them. However, if they’ve stopped operations, you might be out of luck there.

If you can’t find your private keys or recovery phrase, it’s going to be more challenging, but keep exploring wallet options and reach out to the community—they may have some ideas on how to recover your funds!
