This is just a false representation to make small farmers think Spacemesh is somhow different or better than Chia. It is not. The small long term node rewards are nothing compared to competing with network growth … assuming the coin even gets off the ground.
Their claims were so vague and wrong that I felt compelled to post a more detailed critique on the meshcoin reddit page I linked above.
