I am not sure how you grow chia (apart from planting chia seeds 
). Do you mean plotting, farming?
As long as you log in with the same 24 word mnemonic you’re good to go. Your plots can live on separate computers, be created on different computers, etc. As long as the mnemonic is the same you have the same private key you’re participating with the plots on each computer.
