Farming with multiple keys

I understand you can farm from multiple keys at once.
I’ve read both need to be synced to do so.

My question is, if I have OG plots on one key, then create a new key pair to make NFT plots, will this result in 2 blockchain databases in the software.

I’m trying to figure out the easiest way update my client with minimal downtime,

I have a farmer that’s up to date ( farming OG ), and on another pc a new wallet with NFT created and up to date.

What’s the best way to go about merging these 2 wallets without having to resync.
