When restarting my Ubuntu system, the GUI app seems to forget the plot directories. When you go to add the directories back, the correct locations are still listed but the information does not populate to the rest of the app. The correct directories are also listed in the config.yaml. Any thoughts on what is causing this and how to fix it?
