Wallet writes that it is not synchronized and in the second picture full node it says that it is synchronized and works. Can there be an explanation and should something be done?

They sync separately, odd I know, but completely normal, it will get there.
You are running the latest update?
Currently it’s 1.1.7 I think they fixed sync issues in 1.1.6.
