How many plots should I do in parallel? 2 Rigs

Ryzen 3900x
64gb ram
2x Samsung 980 PRO 2TB

2 Rig:
Ryzen 3600
32gb ram
1x Samsung 980 PRO 2TB
1x Samsung 980 PRO 1TB

I am not sure on what plot count I should do along with ram usage, cpu…
Please help me find the optimal settings.
