Hello and welcome to Chia Forum!

All your help requests and troubleshooting questions should be posted in this Support topic.

There are many people here that are glad to help and share information, but keep in mind:

1. You are not owed any help. People here are volunteering their time and energy. Be respectful and follow the [Chia Forum Rules](https://www.chiaforum.com/t/chia-forum-rules/15/3).
2. If you did not do your own research and homework before asking for help, do that first and then come back and ask for help.

# Before You Ask For Help

1. Did you do your own research? Did you: Look at [Chia Docs](https://docs.chia.net)? Did you _search on this forum_ already? If you did so, say so in your post. Did you _search online for your problem_?
2. Are you sure you checked [Chia Docs](https://docs.chia.net) 😉?

# How to Ask for Help

You need to provide relevant and useful information. Provide:

- Chia version you’re using
- Operating system and version
- Hardware, if relevant (CPU, SSD, hard drive, RAM, etc)
- Error logs ([How to get these)](https://docs.chia.net/troubleshooting/logging-reference/)
- Anything else related you can think of, like screenshots
