How to make a mining pool?

Hi guys, I want to make my own Chia pool where people could use their old plots to mine, something like core pool or azpool. Any idea on how to make that? and if there is source code available to use where is it? Thank you!

The only one pool that uses the old plots and has public source code is foxy-pool.io.
