due the search for an xch/btc exchange i found greenfinex.com
After registration and sending 0.01 xch to the greenfinex-wallet, the amount was never credited. The transaction is confirmed and shows up in alltheblocks.net.
No reply from support by answering the issue.
Stor (fork) was correctly credited within minutes to greenfinex-wallet.
Have someone made the same experience?
All exchanges usually have a minimum deposit. 0.01 is likely to be too low.
I just received an answer form greenfinex. The had problems with the blockchain, they are resyncing now.
Glad, I was doubting the min deposit, I’ve nvr heard of that before…
Now, all xch are credited. Problem solved.
