Log from cli plotting

hello I have started plotting by cli, several plots in parallel, doing it outside the gui, I can’t find the logs of the plotting.

How are you sending in the commands to plot? CLI command or running a script with the CLI?

What OS are you on?

Windows powershell command like this

invoke-expression 'cmd /c start powershell -NoExit -Command {cd C:\Users\chia\AppData\Local\chia-blockchain\app-1.1.4\resources\app.asar.unpacked\daemon\;$host.ui.RawUI.WindowTitle = "t1p1"; start-sleep 0 ; .\chia.exe plots create -k 32 -b 4800 -u 128 -r 4 -t F:\temp -d E:\plot -n 3 ;Read-Host -Prompt "press enter to exit"}'

Save chia output to file with redirect >:

chia plots create --help > yourlogfile.txt

Works everywhere. Powershell *> sigil also captures errors.

I’m just learning, where do I put it in this script?

After all the chia options, before the semicolon and read-host. In bold:

invoke-expression 'cmd /c start powershell -NoExit -Command {cd C:\Users\chia\AppData\Local\chia-blockchain\app-1.1.4\resources\app.asar.unpacked\daemon\;$host.ui.RawUI.WindowTitle = "t1p1"; start-sleep 0 ; .\chia.exe plots create -k 32 -b 4800 -u 128 -r 4 -t F:\temp -d E:\plot -n 3 > E:\LOGS\LOGFILE.TXT ;Read-Host -Prompt "press enter to exit"}'
