USB drives do not have realiable access times and transfer speeds in the long runs. How hot is the device after running 24/7?

Hi Jimbob,

Jacek and I did the same on my rig. We went to 20, it reduced its self to 10 as I was getting over 1gb of transfers from the eight peers. It still makes no sense that it takes 36 hours to download a DBASE that should be completed in less than an hour with a 1g network that is all fiber in the home. Bad coding, that is the only explanation. Reducing your node count is a silver bullet for many folks.

It also has to verify and check each and every block and transaction and I think that it is mostly a single one-after-another process. Well chia seems to be like two parallel blockchains but it still has to process it all
