Merging NFT’s or moving a plot to another NFT

I know that it is not possible to merge two NFT’s. But may be it is possible to change the nft data of a plot to another NFT? NFT data should be the launcher id. So can we change the launcher id of a plot manually?

No this is not possible. You have to replot for the other NFT.
