The only way I think you can check is to open the plot file, and use the search command, search for your pool contract address which is visible on your nft ( coukd take a while as you have a few.
If it has that in it it should be a nft plot.
If you look in the plots tab of the GUI,
You will see a list of plots.
If OG, they should have a pool public key.
If NFT, they should have a pool contract address
