Just in case anyone else wondered what was going on.
I’ve just bailed from OKEx. Their support was terrible. And many broken promises of escalation. I’m just happy I got my chia out. Cold wallet is now my go to.
I found support pretty helpfull.
Well all exchanges are the same imo.
I’ve only had 1 issue though.
The exchange always just works as it should… no need for support.
What was your issue / problem?
Okx works great for xch for me. However, never needed their support.
We’ve never had to contact support, but we’ve had great success with them! Most of us are long-time users of their platform, and it’s always worked out well. We love the variety of smaller coins they tend to support
+1 on OKX being good when I’ve used them too.
Also using OKx. Good Plattfrom for selling XCH and sending XLM to bigger plattforms like Binance or Kranken.
