Is this feature for those who share hardware with other persons and thus must cover wallet key from them?
If i’m the only person who has access to computers do i really need this option on?
This passphrase encrypts your private key storage on your live wallet. It protects your keys from hacks, including shared access to the computer but also including all other kinds of unauthorized access to your keys.
I see, thx so this is needed thing. Can it be done without closing GUI while you’re plotting?
I don’t think so, I wouldn’t do it while plotting.
