I can’t read the OP link, I think the main thing to look out for is if they are true ports, or if they use multipliers.

Dependant on your need, I figure this could prove important in some cases.
If you want to use multipliers of that card, you don’t want any on the card.

Hello
If you are in the USA, you can get it from a USA vendor for less and they work great. I have several and they have not failed me. Make sure the hdd is in good chape and not in their final life span because they can disconnect if they are not in good shape.
Good luck

How big are your HDD? My seems to not read 12tb

i’ve got 6, 10, 12,14, 16 and 18TB work fine

That’s wierd, i’ll try solve IT but have no clue where to start

no idear???..sorry, really strange…
i’ve got a very good am4 motherboard, i don’t know if it helps…
actually i am mining also eth with the gpu and xmr with the cpu, and no problem with all my 16 HDDs,
just the sound cutting out, and I don’t know why ?
i have to turn off either the gpu or cpu to get sound back …

It’s tge drives they use. Some use ms driver within win10
If you also use the sata ports on mb it will cause a problem in some motherboards.

Look into these instead of sata to sata cards
