Not sure what anyone else would be able to do. All I can do is look at the two wallets you provided and see that the wallet address (xch1aahnal7y45svymcpcguzesph6yqphkfzcdsmam6nx9sz6hlq2rhsvpyp7l) was awarded 2 XCH on 11/22 and then it was withdrawn. I can also see that the wallet address (xch1csw0gl73dmj3jmv6n65pe0hxqvr7csa9p07g7radgvf3xn8srd5qc766eq) has received 2 XCH. Assuming that is the 2 that came from the other wallet. But I don’t have any way to know if the receiving address is your gate.io address or not.

Sometimes It takes 15 min or more to arrive to Gate.io.
