Did the real change start on the 13th June when the plot filter changed?
Probably due to plot filter halvening on June 13, what plots are you farming? C levels?

Depends on C level, for C20 to C33 it can be fixed by increasing partial diff, if not already done so.
I would go into the space pool settings and set the static difficulty to something pretty high then go from there. Maybe 1000.

My main plotter computer has a 3090 and a 7950x. This one has no problem to harvest while not plotting
My farmer/harvester computer has a simple 6 core (ryzen 5 5600G) with graphics integrated. no GPU. Why would it start having issues harvesting with the new plot filter halvening ?
Because the compute load has doubled now.
Should I start harversting with a GPU now ?
Either that or use GH on CPU, should be faster I think (need to disable iGPU).
Not sure about Spacepool or Bladebit. Gave up on BB many moons ago as too late and not very great. But on Foxypool using GH, I set 20,000 dif. It helps a lot. Go higher w/dif and work your way down, or vice-versa.
The only negative is variable effective farm size, but it seems to average well enough.
