Started to see other people's wallet connections

This is the 2nd time I’m seeing somebody else’s wallet connection in my connection list among other Full Nodes:

Does this happen to anybody else? Not sure what to make of it.

So this keeps happening always from the same IP blocks:

80.69.196.0/24
80.69.197.0/24

Does anyone know if these are Chia Network’s IP addresses?

I’m now starting to think: since 1.1.x versions support transactions maybe we are supposed to see wallet connections but still not sure.
