My suggestions use 3 threads (maybe even 4)and less “max in phase 1”… Maybe 6-8
You can over provisions ram(it balloons up then down) and threads a bit i found.
You can even get a 4th job on a single nvme 1tb if timed right(a start early job).
I wouldn’t keep the drives independent rather than raid. And have Swar toggle through them
