Syncing NODE .please advice

For 2/3 weeks now my node have problem syncing.

At first my node was up to date, but now I can get my node to sync. My internet is 500download/100upload so I cant understand what is happening.

Do anyone have advice ? or do Chia network have technical problems?

are you on the latest version? since 1.1.6 most of the sync issues have been solved.

It worked with latest version, thanks.
I thought it was auto update.
