So I was having issues with my Pc being completely bogged down with the temp folder on the main SSD. So I decided to put the temp and plots on there own HD and then use my windows and Chia mining program on its own SSD. Essentially I have 0 lag on windows now or locking up and the process seems to plot much more smoothly. Any thoughts on if this is actually better or is there something I am missing. I am a noob at this so any info would help. Thanks!
EDIT: want to add my system specs
2012 i5 processor 8GB of ram. That’s it. Currently the difficulty has risen to 956 and everything still running smoothly.
