First of all, I’m very new to farming, and I have almost no knowledge about it.
A few days ago, I encountered an issue. Apparently, there was something like a duplicate in the files I created, and I was told that my account was banned. To get unbanned, I found the duplicate file and deleted it, then emailed support.
I received the following response from them:
"The block explosion requires the full refund of two XCHs, and then the account will be unbanned. To unban, you need to send the coins back to the mining address in the mining pool. When miners send out blocks, they will send them back to our mining address, and the incoming coins will be distributed to the miners.

After typing back, take a screenshot and provide me with the transaction height or transaction ID."
I understand what they are asking for, but I couldn’t figure out how to do it. I looked around the forum to see if anyone else had experienced the same issue, but I couldn’t find any similar topics.
Does anyone know exactly what I need to do?
