Upwards Move for XCH

Almost pushing $30, massive news coming in Jan (One Market, RWA related) and IPO in 2025, the future is GREEN

I hope the future is green, I’m not going back to farming, but I’m still HODL.

PS $33.42 now, how long will it last.

Im looking forward to see it down again at 15 and then double the amount of coins. The behaviour of the price might reflects some things that are not directly related to xch. If you see closely to trading charts, someone is scalping with huge amounts trying to pump.
Not to be a huge pessimist but I think thats the pump for an end of the year mood, to keep a little upward trend just for the looks of it.

How long will it last is the right question.

Chia might not be dead now. Just saying.

Cryptos have been very influenced by the US election, lets see whats happen next

No one on the outside can know whether there will be an IPO or not. Stating false hope as a fact is the other side of the FUD coin.

i will never be able to understand how someone can invest in chia, whether by buying chia or hardware to farm it, and ignore the entire crypto system.
this increase in the value of chia has zero to do with chia and is completely caused by the general bull run in the crypto system.
chia.net has strayed from the path set out in their whitepaper and in particular gen hoffman has knowingly tried to fool the entire community.
why should anyone even begin to believe that an ipo will ever happen, this has nothing to do with dreaming anymore but rather with childish naivety in my opinion.

chia only makes sense if you can farm profitably and already own a farm or do it as a hobby. otherwise, there are much better ways to generate high-risk profits in the crypto sector. in any case, it hasn’t been chia for a long time and i would advise anyone new to chia against it.

in my opinion, chia is dead, which does not mean that its price can rise, but this will have nothing to do with chia itself and will therefore not be sustainable. in the long term, chia will become increasingly worthless compared to other established cryptocurrencies.

Doesn’t make sense, Bitcoin for example started it’s recent runup over 2 WEEKS and had flattened out by the time Chia STARTED rising.

that’s ok if you think so, i’m certainly not here to give you an economic crash course of the kypto ecosystem.
if you are seriously interested in the reasons why the current price is behaving this way (not only of chia). then just search “bitcoin cycle” and “altcoin seasion” and you will get a lot of information which will explain the current price increase of chia very plausibly. and it certainly has nothing to do with such concrete time frames as 2 weeks

Bro asked chatGPT and now knows it all

Does NOT seem to have anything to do with the very recent Chia price jump, as that was almost 3 weeks AFTER the election while crypto that was affected by the election moved the day of the election.
The market DOES NOT have that long of delay built into it.

amarena - your constant blathering about the “crypto system” seems to be assuming it’s prices moves more or less in tandom, when Chia in particular has been almost 100% independent on price from the rest of crypto.
You also seem to be ASSUMING that I’m “ignoring” the rest of crypto.
There’s a reason I’m pointing out the 2-3 week delay in Chia price movement from the election when THE REST OF CRYPTO mostly moved the day of the election, when it became blatantly obvious that Trump had won.

Also, I was farming profitably with Chia in the $teens - though it was marginal enough even at MY electric rate I was (and still am) looking into altermatives.

$33 now, upwards trend continues.
