Short question: Does one have the exact same chances of winning with 1.2.11 as with the current 1.3.x version?
Yes. Although, most likely an update to v1.3.3 will be smooth.
yes but in a few months a soft fork is coming that only supports 1.3.x and above
So best get updated to 1.3.x in the near future
