I have some plots created with fingerprint A. I found that even if I login the GUI with fingerprint B, I can still farm these plots. So can I win blocks in this situation? If I win a block, which wallet will be rewarded?

You have to assume that the wallet of the owner of the plot will be awarded, since each plot is hard-coded with ownership at plot time.
