What will happen to all my current plots if i upgrade to a new system.
Do i just install on new system and key in my 24 word seed phrase.
Pluck in my HDD with all my plots on ?
Or are the plots binded to the old system.
Advise appreciated.
The plots are linked to your keys. It’s as simple as installing chia on the new device, adding the keys with the mnemonic and mounting the drives with the plots.
I did it on early april and everything fine.
I just recommend you copying the db folder .chia/mainnet/db from the old machine to the new one for faster syncing.
