truepool.io for me on my new NFT plots, pretty easy choice as they run TrueNAS which is a great product so it was a no-brainer.

Very clear dashboard with nice graphics and transparent info, the only Pool which allows you to set up a difficulty level (partial sending frecuency)
Allows to send email notifications if partials sending is lowering or any issue in connection.
Lets you set up a minimum amount to be paid, if you desire to. Otherwise payments are done every each block.
PPLNS 24hrs/ PROP (if block takes more than 24 hrs)
Very supportive group on discord, you can chat with admins almost anytime. Important changes to the pool are submitted to votation, and always aware of users feedback.
After this pool, the only which has so nice dashboard and information is Spacepool.
Also Poolharvest, its dashboard has improved as i asked them. I was there since OG pool.
