It does not matter in which country you opened your Amazon account. Shipping to most European countries should be no problem. Overseas you need to try. I often can buy stuff from Amazon US. Maximum 2 HDDs per buyer.
It would be great if anyone who locates a good source of value drives could post. It is becoming less interesting right now with hardware prices low - and the low value of Chia but still interested to continue if we can locate hardware.

I keep hearing the name “Seagate Expansion” in some (already) failed disks after just a short period on Chia.
