There are a few ways to do this. All of them are expensive.
The first is to break it up into chunks and encode it as data in several NFTs similar to the way SpaceMarmots encoded the images on-chain
Next would be using DataLayer using the tools put out by mtaylor and others
Then there’s the aba-file-reader and presumably writer (not published) from Abakrombie and the guys over at ABA. They encoded an entire LLM on-chain on ABA
There are probably more, but I would guess they’re just slightly modified or combined versions of the above.
It is kinda amusing what could (but probably shouldn’t) be done on a blockchain properly designed to build stuff on.
