Yes, you read that right! You can get free Chia just by playing games and having fun! Here’s how it works:
First, you will need to go to the Chia Faucet at https://chia.togatech.org/ and use the Login button in the top navigation to save your address. Then, you should click the Games button, which gives you access to statistics, detailed instructions, and games.
The way the games work is an attempt to mimic how Chia’s farming process works. As you play, you will earn in-game “storage”, but unlike the farming process where rewards are luck-driven, all rewards are based on what percentage of the total in-game “netspace” you hold. For example, if you hold 10% of the in-game “netspace”, you will receive 10% of the rewards. All of the statistics of “netspace”, “storage”, and rewards are listed at the top of the Games page. You can see an estimate of your rewards by submitting your wallet address (autofilled if you used the Login feature).
Every five minutes of playing games, you will be able to claim “storage”. Your “storage” expires after 7 days to ensure that only active players are rewarded. The reward amount is distributed at the end of each day at the specified time (as shown when entering your wallet address on the Games page). To receive your reward, you will need to go to the Faucet tab and claim from the faucet. The Games rewards will be bundled with your claim and paid out at the same time. You can claim from the faucet once per day.
