Specs: i7-7800x, 2x 4090, 1tb ssd, 256gb ram.

Every time “I” got those errors it was a overclock issue or a bladebit issue . Me being a little too greedy with the OC slider and Chia being a little too sloppy with the programming. Doubt that is the issue for you with dual 4090s LOL.
