Failure rate of Ultrastar/HGST models are generally half OR LESS Seagate garbage, by the Backblaze date you yourself posted, which Toshiba semi close to HGST levels.
Yes, drive make IS a real concern to anyone that bothers READING and caring about probable longevity.

Sold. I found a local buyer on Craigslist. I didnt make anything farming but at least I broke even and was able to sell the farm for 4.2 BTC as profit.
The buyer needs all the drives for a GEOINT startup. They need exabytes.
