How many peers should we have on average?
If everything is working, 50.
I believe it was increased last week to 80 in order to better handle the traffic when transactions got enabled.

Ok. I only have 15-20. Does it matter? How do I get more?
My node is synced and stays synced.

I try to ping a couple of peers and found that their ping is high (around 400 ms).
In term of network and block propagation, should I be worried?
