I have a SSD that has finished the creation of the plot, it is sitting in the SSD as a .temp. It will not transfer the plot to the hard drive at all, it is just sitting there. It is in SWAR completed but will not move and has been there for some time. Any suggestions? Can I just change the .temp to .plot and manually transfer the plot?

You can try, and then use chia plot check to see if it worked (doubt it though)
prolly just something went wrong and the process got stuck, not much you can so about it I think
