I wrote my own plot mover for Windows which has a GUI, which is available on GitHub.

Warning Please review the code to make sure you are happy with what’s its doing (the code is available on my Github account), and please use a cold wallet - running programs, especially an EXE where you can’t see what’s its doing is dangerous, and whilst I’m not doing anything dodgy (but I’m just someone on the net so you shouldn’t trust me) it doesn’t mean someone else’s code isn’t.
