Question #1: If I plot on windows GUI and I have two wallets, I plot using the wallet I have logged in?
Question #2: If a plot wins having 2 wallets while farming on windows GUI wich wallet gets the XCH? Is it possible that plotting on a specific wallet the winnings go to the second wallet?

In your config.yaml file, you will have two instances of a field named:
xch_target_address
One is under the farmer branch, and the other is under the pool branch.
Each one will have an address associated with that field.
Whatever address you have for the above will be where your wins go.
