I had to turn my system off. After everything was back up, my plots arent syncing. I click on the plots tab and all 594 plots have been syncing for 5 days. What do I need to do?

When was the last time it was all synced up and connected? Are you still on on the old database, did you run the chia db upgrade some time ago? How much free space is on your C: drive, is you internet working correctly. What does your log file say? So many things. Its like saying my cars broke, with no information. Things to think about. (Install Chia 1.6.0) Have been running it no issues here.

It was all synced up 4 days ago before I had to shut my system down.
I am not aware of a DB upgrade. What do I need to do for that?
Internet is solid now.

This should help you out, I would shut down chia and do the db upgrade with nothing else running, will hopefully go faster that way.
cd ~\AppData\Local\chia-blockchain\app-1.6.0\resources\app.asar.unpacked\daemon
then run .\chia db upgrade

How do I do this from the GUI?
You do it from the command line, I gave up an exmple path above if you have 1.6.0
