So besides the cost for most, what other disadvantages of cloud farming is there?
If you have to pay for cloud storage for your plots you do not need any disadvantages as you are already losing money.
If you cloud farm anyways you will suffer from lower response times, difficulty moving the plots if you can no longer use or pay for your cloud storage, and a number of other possible problems depending on which cloud you are using.
Yeah so my storage fees are almost nil. It has taken some time to get mount points right to get the response times down. There is still room for some improvement on it though. I havent hit any chia yet but have on a few forks.
