I would like to know which linux version (fedora, kernel, unity or LTS) should I install?
do I install chia blockchain or SWAR?

What is SWAP? Do you mean Swar’s Plot Manager?

Still very confused. You say Swap in the title, SWAP in the first post and then say sorry for the typo and say swap again. So still not sure if you are talking about Swar’s Plot Manager. But to try to move forward here, I’m going to assume you are talking about Swar’s.
Swar’s Plot Manager is not a replacement for the Chia software. It is a tool to manage the plotting process. You still have to have Chia installed. As for the OS version, I run Windows. But both Chia and Swar’s will work on Windows or Linux.
