Chia failed to fetch error

Hi everyone!
I’m still a complete beginner in Chia mining and I want to join a pool, but every time I enter a pool URL I get this error:

“The pool URL ‘https….’ is not working. Is it a pool? Error: failed to fetch”

I’ve already tried around 15 different pool links, spent hours scrolling through Google, and even asked ChatGPT — but no luck. It feels like nobody else has ever run into this error. I really hope that at least here someone can help me figure this out.

Also, I would be very grateful if anyone could share some active links to good pools with frequent payouts — that would save me a lot.

P.S. My wallet is fully synced, everything shows green, I already have about 10 plots farming, and the app itself doesn’t show any other errors. That’s why I don’t understand what’s going wrong.

This is a known bug in the GUI. The workaround is to use the CLI. The current RC2 has a fix for this.

To use the CLI:

Find your plotNFT wallet id

chia wallet show -w pooling_wallet

Update your pool

chia plotnft join -i (wallet id) -u https://pool.xchpool.org (or whatever pool you want to join) -m (fee in xch, such as 0.000001)

This issue is resolved in the latest version 2.5.6
