You have to contact that exchange through their support system and let them know you are unable to deposit/withdrawal and want information.
When Chia release a software update that has some fixes like the last one did for the full_node and mempool issues, the exchanges that rewrite custom versions of the software will often need to make updates and then begin their review process of the code to ensure its working as expected.
The only solution is to contact that exchanges support system, as nobody else can control those transactions but them, beware of any scammers who may message you with links offering support or saying it solved their problem, the only person who can help is that exchange.
