I’m not sure exactly what fixed it, but I am back up and sync’ed. I restarted a few times and added peers.
I think that I now know what was the root cause of my syncing problems on the Raspberry Pi 4: the CPU was overheating (exceeding 80°C).
When the rpi reaches that temperature, it starts throttling itself by lowering the CPU clock, and my guess is that when running at this lower frequency it wasn’t able to keep up with the blockchain.
I switched from the official case (which turns out to be the worst in terms of cooling) to a passive Flirc case and now the temperature is around 53°C. No syncing problems anymore.

Your time must be true synched with the net.
Rename your damn full_node_dir to full_node2.
Thats it.
