I extracted the following errors from the farming log.
Anything I should be worried about?

Don’t know that error, never saw it on my system. But it’s an error so yes I think you should worry, or at least investigate further.
When did it start (or did you notice), is it continuous or just now and then? Any other errors/warnings?
If the farmer does not like the challenges it’s being fed by the full-node not much farming will happen I guess…
Local Harvester
1605 plots of size: 158.865 TiB
Plot count for all harvesters: 1605
Total size of plots: 158.865 TiB
How many plots do you think should be there? How many missing?
2022-02-07T11:01:22.694 harvester chia.plotting.plot_tools: WARNING Directory: /media/marco/sda does not exist.
2022-02-07T11:01:22.694 harvester chia.plotting.plot_tools: WARNING Directory: /media/marco/sdb does not exist.
2022-02-07T11:01:22.694 harvester chia.plotting.plot_tools: WARNING Directory: /media/marco/sdd does not exist.
Well, those directories don’t exist. There are no mountpoints in the output of df -h so not suprising.
You can use lsblk to see if you have some more disks that are not being mounted.
I wonder how you mount your disks in /etc/fstab? Do you do this by /dev/sd… or by /dev/disk/by-uuid?
Between (re)boots a disk/partition may be assigned a different driveletter. So mounting by /dev/sd… can cause a lot of confusion. You think for instance you have mounted a WD My Book on /media/marco/My Book x but it could just a well be the Toshiba 12TB or another disk. Using subdirectories on the partitions to be mounted is even trickier.
Better is to use the uuid (unique identifier for a partitioned/formatted disk), then your mounted partitions (and subdirectories on those) are consistent between (re)boots.
So not all your 1605 plots are generating partials for this pooled Plot NFT.
OG (old style…) plots are not poolable at all, do you have those?
And how many Plot NFT’s did you generate and made plots for?
If more than one, each plot NFT is separate even with the same (Space) Pool used, so maybe there is more than one status page to watch from Space Pool…
I replaced all my old style plots with new style ones for a single NFT. 28 others are indeed made for two other NFTs (to test other pools) but 1577 plots should be farmed by this single NFT.
What exactly does the error “Invalid proof of space” mean?
Don’t know, never saw it myself and there is not much to be found on it on this forum or elsewhere.
Does not look good though, if the farmer receives (what it considers to be) an invalid challenge there is not a valid proof of space (attempt) I would guess. So also less partials to send to Space Pool, who can only interpret this as less space (TiB’s)
Some more questions, what version are you running and what number of Plots is reported in the Pool section of the GUI for your plot NFT’s?
How about your system in general, CPU, memory, OS (and database) on SSD or HDD?
Start running chia plots check on folders with plots and i would start with Seagate Expansion Drive3 & 4 as per log there may be some issues there with some plots. I would run plots check to do a quick check on integrity and to verify you have keys for all your plots.
Is your Chia up to date? What is the plotbot.sh script doing in CRON?
Thanks.
So the Plot NFT recognizes all 1578 plots but Points Found in last 24 Hours is only 5542 comparable to a 55TiB farm working in good order (also reported by Space Pool dashboard).
Most likely the farmer/harvester are doing what they should do, but the issue is the farmer is not getting all or partially invalid challenges from the full-node.
How is your network setup? wired, wireless lan, 4g?
Have you considered installing something like farmr to monitor your setup 24/7?
I assume you stopped, rebooted the system and restarted chia more than once…
The harvester PC is wired to a 10GB LAN with fast internet.
Could it be I have a thousand invalid plots? But in that case wouldn’t I be getting a thousand error messages?
If I am getting partially invalid challenges from the full-node, does that mean my installation is somehow wrong or is it necessarilly a network issue?
The harvester has now been running nonstop since 7 February when I changed to a faster PC
No, I don’t think there is anything wrong with the plots.
That would give other errors/warnings but could not explain the ‘invalid challenge’ errors.
I think a reboot of your system and chia client is in order.
You have all or mostly USB connected drives if I’m right. Never got an answer on my question how you mount those. Can be relevant if you reboot the system.
And always stop chia first (File - Quit in GUI) and give it a minute or so to really close all instances.
